I cherish my home and have invested a lot of time and effort in curating it to be filled with tranquility and peace—and a variety of plants!

I live in a backhouse alongside 2 other units. There is a large private courtyard garden behind my home -- virtually no other resident spends time in the outdoor space other than myself, so if you choose to stay, it will be yours for enjoyment!

My apartment is fully furnished and includes a microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and a pay washer and dryer. It does not include a parking spot, though plenty of street parking is available.

- It is central to just about everything in Los Angeles -- equidistant from Chinatown and West Hollywood.
