Twenty minute walk to Larchmont Village, ten minute drive to Hollywood and Los Feliz. Cute neighborhood park ten minute walk away with a playground and area for picnicking and dogs. Around the corner from Osteria La Buca (great Italian food) as well as a bodega, great casual tamale spot, a coffee shop, and a cute hotel bar with an outdoor patio. Also a five minute drive from a quiet area of Koreatown with lots of great food.

I'm a grant writer and an actor, and I've been living in LA for almost ten years. I keep my space clean but comfortable and cozy. I've ben enjoying bringing in lots of plants to my space because of the great light I get in the bungalow. I'm going on a road trip for twelve days and would love to find someone to stay here while I'm gone and enjoy the neighborhood and the home.
