Very large studio with four big windows in the main space, plus an alcove where the bed and dressers are, so feels almost like a one bedroom. Kitchen is really cute with window above sink, and all the cooking ware you could need. Bathroom has a large shower.

Washer / dryer in the unit.

All utilities included, fast internet!

There is no air conditioner, but there is a great fan and lots of breeze and tree cover to keep the apartment cool.

I am an artist and filmmaker heading to NY for work. I will be avail by phone or text anytime. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and responsible. CLEAN is more important to me than tidy. I will have the apartment cleaned before you arrive and ask that you leave it in a similar condition.

NO PETS. NO PARTIES. I have kind, friendly upstairs neighbors who will notify me if you host a party, so please don't :) This is more of a sanctuary - great for a single person or couples who want to spend some time out in LA.
