The apartment is located at the intersection of Mariposa and 5th Street in Koreatown, a slightly secluded, quiet street in walking distance to the ‘heart’ of LA’s bustling Koreatown neighborhood – bars, restaurants, best Korean BBQ spots and grocery stores (down the street from H Mart). A very walkable neighborhood where you can do a lot without a car!

A quick drive to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park etc. A 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Wilshire/Normandie) which takes you to Downtown or Santa Monica very quickly.

Accessibility: 2nd floor with no elevator, just a wide staircase and doorway.

Looking for a tenant who keeps a clean living space, is respectful and doesn’t throw loud parties. Will consider a small pet with an additional deposit (let’s discuss!).
