We're offering our large 1-bedroom apartment for sublet, from Feb 16 until April 15, 2025, (dates flexible).

The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows in both rooms which offers so much natural light. Built in blue tooth speakers in all rooms, as well as an in unit laundry and dryer.

Our kitchen is vegetarian (pots, pans, plates utensils etc), therefore looking for someone to keep the kitchen vegetarian (unless you want to bring in your own kitchen supplies).

No smoking permitted—we have a newborn and one of the parents is asthmatic therefore no smoking of any kind permitted in the unit.

Utilities and WiFi are included.

10 min walk to the L and G train.

We are couple (we both work in tech) with a recent newborn. We love travelling we are aiming to visit both set of grandparents for a few months. We are quite chill, we enjoy having a glass
