Apartment is ideal for a working professional who wants a place to work while exploring NYC. Not pets or smokers.
PRICE
Price is $3.5K / month, which includes a $110 cleaning fee and full utilities are included in the price. The available dates are 12/4-12/26, so $3.5K will be pro-rated for those dates. You can DM me if you are looking to stay for only a part of that time, though I will prioritize people who stay for a longer period.

Tenant
One month security deposit up front and 50% of the rental price to secure the apartment. Other 50% payable upon arrival.
Security deposit returned once apartment returned in the condition upon arrival.
