1 bedroom/ 1 office available for rent in quiet Greenpoint apartment

Rooms for Rent

$1,850/month

Location

Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Available

November 1, 2024 - August 1, 2025

Transportation

G Train

Looking for someone to take over 2 rooms in my Greenpoint apartment.
One room is perfect for a bedroom - roughly 10 x 10 with lots of natural light and a massive closet space. (Photos are with furniture, but room will be unfurnished) Twin size or full size bed fits great with other furniture.
The smaller room is roughly 8 x 10, and perfect for an office and has a closet and window.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and has access to a big backyard, with our own deck. The backyard is shared, although I've never seen the neighbors back there.
The apartment is on a very quiet, small street. Neighbors are generally pretty quiet as well.
No laundry in the building, but one very close by.

Common spaces are already furnished, so you'll just need the furniture for your space!

Super close to a great cafe, good bars and restaurants.
Right between the Nassau G and the Greenpoint G stop.

Aside from rent, the bills are usually:
Gas- 10.50/month
Fios- 55.00/month
Electric - ranges from month to month, but never over 110

About This Lister

I am a 41 year old (she/her) who keeps very busy with work.
I screen print and bartend, and am usually only off one day a week, if I'm lucky.
I spend a lot of evenings out, but when I'm home I like to cook and watch movies.
I like to keep everything tidy, especially common spaces- no dirty dishes, clean bathroom etc.

Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, friendly and who has had positive experiences living with roommates in the past.
I don't mind the occasional friend over from time to time, but absolutely no parties at all.

I'm fairly busy and don't spend a large amount of time in the house, but hoping for someone easy going and loves dogs.
WFH is fine, as long as you don't mind have a furry co-worker watching over you. I have a 10 year old small dog (in photos), who has never lived with someone who wasn't his person. He's going to love you and want to cuddle with you and be around you.
If you don't like dogs, I don't think it will work at all.
