I am an artist, looking to sublet a one-bedroom (2 zimmer) apartment in Prenzlauer Berg between for two periods
February 13 - 20, 2025
and
March 5 - 19, 2025
The apartment is 64 sq meters, was recently renovated, has hardwood floors, the elevator goes to half floor and there is a balcony. Unfortunately the building and the apartment are not wheelchair accessible.
The place has two rooms, very hight ceilings with stucco detailing (3.5 meters), there's a separate fully set up eat-in kitchen (no dishwasher), and the bathroom is renovated, and has a rain shower and washing machine (no tub). The living room is comfortably set up for live-work (desk space). The area is Botzowkietz is by Volkspark Friedrichshain, with great transport connections (M4, M10, S42/41/S8 Greifswalde Straße).
About This Lister
I am in my early 40ies, an interdisciplinary artist, organizer and researcher. Before Berlin, I spent 10 years in Brooklyn, New York and happily used this listings service with great results.

Rental requirements
The rent is 50 Euro/day, full periods indicated preferred. Bedding and towels will be provided.
Security deposit 200 Euro (returned at the end of stay). Unfortunately no anmeldung.
To book we will sign an agreement and exchange passport info for security purposes. To avoid last minute cancellation minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required: this amount goes towards your total, the rest you would pay on arrival.

Please note: While staying here you would be looking after a friendly and easy going cat, thus person with cat sitting experience is preferred. Rental suitable for single traveller, couple 10Euro/day extra.
