A little about the apartment: Very clean, and full of sunlight. Great neighborhood, two blocks away from Brooklyn Botanic Garden. 3 blocks from Prospect Park. 25-30 minutes to downtown Manhattan with 2,3,4 or 5 trains from Franklin Avenue train station.
Utilities are included.
It is also possible to negotiate a move-in date.
