I'm renting 'cause i'll be out of town on a holiday trip.

The J train station is a block away and it will take u around 20-25 mins to get to lower Manhattan!
About This Lister
I'm a designer, creative director and skateboarder and work at my home office at the apt.
I'm the current tenant and have been here in this apt for a few months. Apt is great!
PS: I own 2 properties in a dif city and rent it on Airbnb, so I have experience managing short and long term stays!

Ideally I would like to rent the whole 1.5 month to the same renter, but weekly also works.
- Security Deposit: $1500
- Sign Lease agreement and pay Deposit/Rent to confirm stay.
- I'd like to have an in-person or virtual meeting prior to check
in.
