We are subletting our 2 story apartment for the month of January. Possibly into February. Starting mid December.

Also open to a NYC/LA apt swap because that is where we will be. :)

Details:
4th Floor in Bed-Stuy. Close to J/M train or A/C trains. 15/20 minutes to Manhattan. Our block is pretty peaceful and just a few blocks from very lively neighborhoods in Bed-Stuy and Bushwick. Best coffee shop called Botani around the corner. Laundry is in the building. Rooftop is perfect for New Years celebrations.

Downstairs:
Living room with kitchen
Bathtub
1 Bedroom with balcony - queen mattress
1 Office room with table (could be used as extra bedroom, we have an extra mattress)

Upstairs:
1 Bedroom - queen mattress
Private rooftop
