Hello! We’re looking to sublet 2BR in Greenpoint from 11/29 through 12/22 while we’re abroad for family reasons. There’s some flexibility with dates and ideally we're looking for someone to stay for at least two weeks. Rate is $133/night.

The apartment has a spacious living/dining area, two bathrooms, one bedroom and one office with a standing desk. Lots of natural light and plants. Gut renovated with in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air/heating and heated bathroom floors.

Located less than one block from McGolrick Park and 10 minute walk to Nassau Ave on the G train. Grocery is one block away and lots of cute coffee shops nearby. I really love Greenpoint, it somehow feels like a small town while having the convenience of a big city.
