The apartment is between G & J trains. Approximately a ten minute walk in either for direction, and is conveniently close to Herbert von King park.

The unit is a first floor walk-up. Upon entry there is my studio room which is the beginning of the hallway. Towards the end of the hallway is the bathroom which is full size shower/tub. Once out of the hallway becomes the opening for the overall common space, starting with the kitchen, fully equipped with full size appliances and everything you need to cook & drink. In the kitchen there is a bedroom door which is the room available for rent. The room gets beautiful daylight, also has a closet with interior hooks. The room does not have any of the existing furniture seen in the images except a lamp and
& radiator cover. Room also can be furnished or empty. Comes with AC as well,

The common space is furnished and has an AC unit. Exiting the kitchen area is a large living room which has a closet which can be shared, currently housing winter coats and vacuum. Also in the living room is another bedroom in which I sleep. The living room has a record player, 65" Inch Smart Television and furniture. Which is always changing every few months. Additionally I have a sonos sound system with subwoofer.

The space is kept clean and tidy with a semi modern/chic vibe with minor vintage accents. I have redone all the lighting in the apartment, painted all walls a year ago, along with adding storage and tabletops in the kitchen designed by me. Hoping you are clean, kinda, and relaxed as well. Plenty of space for 2 people to cohabitate in harmony :)

Utilities are Gas, Electric, and internet and are split 50/50
Rent is 1200.00 per month due on the 1st each month.

In order to move in/hold the room you will need to put down 1200.00 as security.

Additionally you will need First months rent.
Total = 2400.00
Move in Date is flexible. As early as Feb 15th 2025
