Renting a room in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in East Williamsburg. This apartment has been home for 4 years so far. Great amenities — large windows in every room, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, balcony, roof deck, and a storage unit.

The room itself fits a queen bed, or a full comfortably. Large closet and a private bathroom with shower. I have a desk/chair you can use if you need, but otherwise it is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment (kitchen and living room) is fully furnished.

The building is a smaller walk-up (9 units total) on a quiet street in East Williamsburg, right next to Cooper Park. There is a Citi Bike stop on the corner and the Graham L stop is a 5 min walk away. Lots of great bodegas, coffee shops, and restaurants around.

Term is 6 months with option to renew. We will sign a roommate agreement to govern the term. Utilities not included in rent, and are generally $100-150 a month.

Need to be pet-friendly, as I live with my dog Freddy (pictured). He is a 3 yr old Border Collie/Pit Bull mix, and is very sweet. Loves to hang out. He sheds but not to the level where you’d need a lint roller. I’m prioritizing people who have experience living with dogs or being around them, so please share your experience/comfort level when you reach out!

I am a 26 year old queer guy, open to living with anyone who is a good fit. I work in e-commerce and my job is remote, so I spend a lot of time in the apartment, but will be out at least a few nights a week. I prefer to keep things reasonably clean, though some dishes left in the sink isn’t a big deal.

I enjoy going out to shows, restaurants, seeing friends, or hanging in the apartment. Usually won't host at home but will occasionally have friends over.
