This is a 1 Bedroom in the heart of Greenpoint's historic district, located in a 3 unit Landmark Brownstone. It is a spacious floor through unit in a very quiet 3 unit building.

Location wise, it is nestled between Manhattan Ave and Franklin St, only a block away from the G train and multiple Bus routes. The neighborhood is full of very good restaurants, cafe's, wine bars, and also has a vibrant night life scene. It really is the heart of Greenpoint.

The apartment itself is a true 1br. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer), TV room, and then a 2nd larger living room equipped for dining, working remotely, hanging out, reading, relaxing, etc. We have very fast fiber internet. Bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed.

Reflected in the lower price is caring for our cat, LC. He is a very friendly, 6 year old rescue cat. He is extremely sweet, more like a dog than a cat. You'd be responsible for feeding him, but he is very low maintenance.

About This Lister

We are a French/American couple, living in New York City for the better part of 8 years. We have been in our Greenpoint apartment for the past 3+ years and absolutely love it. Lucile works for an NGO, and Christian works in gaming.

We will be gone for the month to visit family in France which explains the dates. We want someone who loves cats, and would be happy to spend time in our lovely apartment, which we love so so much.
