Looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment

(Mid February move in)

- Tons of great restaurants + shops just 5 mins away

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment -

Large living room and kitchen! However there is no laundry in building.

Room you will be renting:

Large room with 2 big windows and lots of sunlight

($1,350 - Everything included other than electric and wifi)

Current roommate:

Female: Works as Admin Assistant. Works in the office 4 days a week (10-6pm)

I'm friendly, outgoing and am mostly out when I'm not working. I'm an Admin Assistant and work in the office 4 days a week (10-6pm). I keep the apartment pretty clean and also have 1 cat!

I go to bed fairly early for work and get up early as well. Always happy to hang out and catch up but completely understand if you want to do your own thing as well.
