Looking for new roommate to join lease!

My current roommate is moving and I’m searching for a new roommate!

Details:
-gorgeous gut renovated apartment with hardwood floors, tile bathroom, and tons of morning and afternoon light
-Apartment is on the corner of 177 and Fort Washington Ave in Manhattan (next to the GWB, but farthest corner away from the bridge. Buildings block much, if any noise.)
-1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment
-10 feet from the 175th st A train
-10 minutes to the 1 train
-reliable elevator (no stairs to or from elevator)
-dishwasher
-laundry in unit (in your bedroom closet)
-spacious bathroom with a full tub and large sink
-room is unfurnished
-digital building access
-would be signing the lease with me for a year.
-$1,287.5 + utilities (~$40-$75~) WiFi and con ed. (heat/hot water included)

-Cloisters, grocery stores, cafes, shops all within walking distance
- get to midtown in 25 minutes.

About you:
-You’re clean and keep common areas clean
-male/queer/non binary preferred
-you know to take the trash out and don’t need to be asked.
-you clean your dishes/put them in dishwasher within 24 hours
-you are okay with communal access to the laundry (accessible through your bedroom closet)
-you don’t work from home (or are in the office more than not)

About This Lister

I’m a 28 year old male theatre actor and freelance technician. My schedule varies from day to day/week to week. I try to keep as clean and tidy an apartment as I can, specifically in the common areas. I don’t bring the party home. Our corner of the building is quiet and I like that.
