Hello! Looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious apartment in Bed-Stuy.

-Quiet room in second-floor apartment that looks out onto a backyard garden
-Large kitchen
-Hardwood floors throughout
-High ceilings, lots of light
-3 equal size bedrooms
-2 full bathrooms (you would share one with just one roommate)
-Two laundromats within a block
-Close to great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, Herbert Von King Park
-Very friendly building!

The move-in date is December 1.

A couple with a small dachshund lives in one of the rooms (that one has its own bathroom, which they share) and a PhD student (M) in his early 30s lives in another room. Everyone is quiet, clean, keeps to themselves but is very nice (including the dog).
