Looking for a roommate to join my lease. The room and apartment are super spacious, especially for nyc. Room will be unfurnished, has its own private bathroom and large closet. The whole apartment gets great natural light and the location is convenient for commuting.

Some bonuses: building has amenities, 24 hr doorman, elevator, gym, patio, and laundry room. The apartment is also conveniently located one block from the local trains and one stop from express lines. I’m very easy going, and looking forward to sharing the space.
