The apartment is on the first floor, gets plenty of natural light, and has a backyard patio—great if you enjoy a morning coffee outdoors. The available room is unfurnished, large enough for a bed, desk, and storage, and includes a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, gas stove, etc.), though the fridge is on the smaller side, so sharing space thoughtfully is important. If you have your own furniture, I’m open to discussing how we can accommodate it.

A few things to note:

No couples—this space is meant for a single tenant.
No pets unless under special consideration.
No smoking indoors, but you’re welcome to smoke in the patio or on the stairs.
Preference for someone who doesn’t work from home to help keep the space calm and balanced.
As for me, I work full-time as a videographer and keep a calm routine, especially on weeknights. I’m an early riser, so I appreciate a quiet atmosphere from 10 PM to 6 AM. I enjoy cooking in the evenings, and keeping common areas clean and organized is important to me. I hope to find a roommate who values these qualities too.

Utilities (electricity, gas, internet) are split evenly. The landlord requires proof of income, ID and deposit fee. There’s no laundry in the building, but several laundromats are nearby.
