The unit is spacious and furnished with beautiful natural light. It's on the second floor of a walk-up building. The location is between 8th and 9th Avenues. The 9th Ave D subway stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment; the N R and W lines are nearby, too.

The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. There are many restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and laundromats.

Utilities (gas, electric, and WiFi) are not included in the rent. Together, they total around $150/month.

No washer/dryer; no dishwasher. And no pets - sorry!
