First floor of a walkup pre-war building, walking distance from shopping, restaurants, Washington square park and multiple transportation options while staying quiet and cozy. There is a superintendent living in the building on the first floor.

I have a piano in the living room, and a working desk in the bedroom with a printer, so this spot is perfect if you're looking to work from home.

This is a legal sublet, my landlord will know you're here and we will sign a contract, I'll also need a $800 security deposit.

Looking for someone neat and tidy, while I don't mind guests, no parties. This apartment has been my home for the past three years and I'd like to upkeep the good relationships with my neighbors and the super, who lives in the apartment underneath!
