Building is close to Bedford and Grand Street, a short walk to the Bedford L train and 1 stop from Manhattan. The neighborhood is full of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping the city has to offer.

The apartment entrance is on the 2nd floor where there is a large dining area, kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to a 3rd floor with bedroom, additional full bathroom, and step out balcony. Apartment is tastefully decorated, and includes a dishwasher, frame TV, work from home desk and wifi.

This is my primary residence and I'll be traveling for much of the month. Looking for a responsible, quiet, and clean guest to enjoy the space and life in Brooklyn! Open to stays of alternative length, feel free to send along ideas via email.
