One bedroom, parlor floor apartment (one floor up from the street). 11' ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, big windows, decorative fireplaces and an amazing, modern kitchen with a new gas stove, dishwasher and a large island. Separate, spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed. Has its own washer and dryer. I also have a dining table/chairs, seats six people, and can be setup in the living area, when needed. The bathroom has a large shower and beautiful vintage tiles.

The apartment is located in Bed-Stuy/Stuy Heights, 10-15m walk from the A/C and J/Z trains. The building is a beautiful brownstone with only three other units. This apartment is one floor up from street level and is the entire floor. Beautiful carved wood, original detailing and is very well maintained. Really lovely area to walk around--tree lined streets, great restaurants and bars.

I travel quite a bit and would love to find people who want to stay and also don't mind showing my two cats some affection and care. I've taken a considerable amount off the price to account for the cat care. My two cats are easy, love to cuddle and are primarily fed on an automated feeder. Would need someone to refill water bowls, give them wet food from time to time, scoop the litter, and also water the plants and get the mail.

All utilities, wifi, streaming apps (Netflix, HBO, Hulu etc.) are included.

Currently available over Thanksgiving from 11/21-12/5.
