I am subletting my large 1 BR apartment in the Upper West Side of Manhattan from Nov 26th - Jan 6th. It's a spacious 11th floor apartment (yes, there are elevators) with lots of natural light and a nice little view of Manhattan. Extremely convenient location right next to Broadway and 72nd St., so less than a block from the 2/3 express trains (can get to West Village and other downtown areas in 15-20 minutes), less than a block from Trader Joes, just a few blocks from Central Park and Riverside Park, a 10 minute walk to Lincoln Center, etc. Washer and dryer are in the building, 24 hour doorman (if you need anything delivered), and plenty of great food spots to walk to in any direction. Great spot for singles or couples, as there is plenty of space in the apartment, two closets, and a desk if someone is working while they stay.
I'm a software engineer and dancer who recently moved to the city, and I'll be traveling for a long holiday season.
