This is the PERFECT central downtown location. 1 block away from NOHO, Bowery and the Lower East Side. Other nearby walking neighborhoods are Nolita, Astor Place, Greenwich Village, and Gramercy. Washington Square Park is under a 10 minute walk. Walk 2 minutes to the F train and go wherever you want in the city. 3 minute walk to the 5,6,7 trains. Or stay local... There are TONS of great coffee shops, rooftop bars, restaurants, etc literally right nearby. There's nothing like being in downtown manhattan. (Ask and I will give you all the neighborhood recommendations).

The view beyond is of downtown manhattan architecture which gets lit up for sunset/ golden hour. There are so many buildings you can see in this direction. Sunshine floods this room for most of the afternoon-- lighting up the brick wall. Living room has lots of authentic collected vintage/ modern furniture and seating for guests etc. Lots of pretty lamps for glowey evening aesthetic. Includes dining table for working and eating. Apartment has extremely fast wifi (1GB download speed) and strong Air Conditioning, and heat which is perfect for working from home/ doing video calls.
