Looking to sublet my bright, plant-filled studio, just a short 7-minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 lines and 12 minutes from the B/Q lines. The building features a lovely rooftop with city views and a gym for your convenience. My studio also comes with an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It’s near Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, surrounded by great cafes and bars.

I am ideally looking for someone who can take over the apartment for the entire duration while I am away.

The rent is $2,700 per month ($300 shaved off for someone who can hopefully also look after my cat) + gas/electricity.
