Your room includes an extremely comfy queen-sized DreamCloud mattress, desk and chair, fresh sheets, towels, and WiFi. There's also a closet with a hanging bar and a shelf in the room (not seen in pic, but it's to the left of the bed) that you'll have full access to. Full length mirror on inside of closet door.
Shared spacious living room, kitchen (with espresso machine), and bathroom, all of which you're welcome to use to your heart's content.
On the 3rd floor of a building with two elevators. In-building laundry on 1st floor.
Cafe just a couple doors down, plenty of grocery stores around, easy connectivity to the city by subway (2, 5, Q, R). Only 3 blocks from Prospect Park!
LGBTQ+ friendly.
I'm not a smoker but smokers of any kind are welcome as long as smoking is done outside.

If you're interested, please tell me the dates you're looking for, a little bit about yourself, the nature of your stay, and any particular needs you may have.
$125 (50% of the $250 security deposit) is paid by Venmo to confirm the booking. The other half ($125) and the full rate is to be paid in CASH on arrival, on the first day of the stay.
If you follow through on the booking as planned, you will receive the full $250 back, assuming the premises are not altered/damaged/broken in any way.
