Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in an elevator building, conveniently located in downtown Manhattan. The apartment is a few short blocks from Tompkins Square Park, situated on a quiet street yet close to all the great cafés, bars, and restaurants that the East Village has to offer.

One bedroom will be available for you while I am travelling on the dates listed above, and my wonderful roommate will be in the other bedroom. All utilities (WiFi, electric heat, gas, and hot water) are included in the price.

The apartment is minimal and quiet, featuring a large living room, an open plan kitchen (with espresso machine), and a dining area. Both bedrooms are large and get plenty of natural light during the day. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We are traveling and looking to rent out 1 room to a respectful, clean individual / couple who will treat the space with care. You will be sharing the apartment with a roommate, a female who is also clean and respectful.
