**flexible move-in date** Building is "The Willoughby". Very nice building all new construction and lots of amenities. First floor common area has cold brew and kombucha on tap, a regular coffee machine, indoor and outdoor common area, a dog run, and a "pet spa" (building is very pet friendly). 22nd floor has a roof deck with stunning views of Manhattan, a large recreation room (pool table, refrigerators, TV), a large lounge area, and a large co-working space with coffee / espresso. Floor also has a gym with ample equipment and a yoga / stretching room. Very nice neighborhood and adjacent to very popular Ft Greene / DeKalb restaurants (e.g., Sailor), pharmacies within a few blocks, Trader Joe's, Target, and others about 2 blocks away. Easy access to various subway lines (G, F, 4/5, N/Q/R, 2/3, A/ C a little further south but walkable). Building staff is very kind and responsive. No issues with the appliances or utilities since I've been here (they're all new and high-quality). I wasn't expecting to love this place as much as I do; sad to leave but I'm moving in with my significant other not too far away. Neighbors are very quiet -- never had any issues with noise.
