The ideal sublet candidate can sublet for the full time (or as much time as possible), has no pets/animals, is chill (no parties), is kind/considerate, and is clean. If you rent for fewer days, the rate per day will increase.

I've been in this apartment for 2 years. It's an incredible, comfortable, HUGE, and lovely space with a ton of light and very centrally located. I'd love to find someone to enjoy my apartment while I'm away.

This sublet is for my private primary suite with bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Common areas include all downstairs spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom - common bathroom is not pictured but smaller than mine). My roommate lives downstairs -- there's so much privacy when you're upstairs.
