Dishwasher, 2 laundromats nearby and a grocery store directly across the street. 7 min walk to the M train or 15 to the L. Close to a park with a great view of Manhattan.

Live with me, 25 year old woman, and my cat. Cleanliness is important to me but not to an extent that my home doesn’t look lived in. I rarely have guests, work in the office full time and am often not home, especially during the warmer months. Always down to redecorate. Bookshelf full of paglia, shakespeare, brautigan, Kerouac, di prima & houllebecq etc etc etc that you can borrow. Lol. Would be nice to live with someone who values a low-tech apartment & face-to-face communication. Don’t care so much whether or not you’re quiet as long as you’re playing good music, you wash your dishes & I can still fall asleep by midnight.

No gender or age preference. I would prefer to live with someone who does not work from home full time. No more pets please! Being vegan, vegetarian or sober is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
