Hello! A room is opening up in my gorgeous 2 bedroom + office apartment in Prospect Heights. Details:

- Room available for sublet or joining the lease with me.
- The room can easily fit a queen bed, dresser, and other furniture as wanted. There is a closet in the bedroom, and a shared closet in the office. The two windows in the room get morning light. Our rooms are on opposite sides of the house.
- Combined living/dining/kitchen room. The ceiling throughout the apartment is high, which makes the space light and airy.
- The common area is mainly furnished (I have furniture, kitchen items, art, etc), but open to changes/your furniture.
- The building is three stories, apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator).
- There is laundry in the basement, for around ~$5 a load.
- There is a large furnished roof, which gets gorgeous sunshine all year round. It's amazing for hosting dinners, reading, relaxing, and plants! I grew tomatoes, cucumbers, flowers, etc.
- I like to keep the common areas clean, but lived in!
- Very close to the Franklin and Clinton Washington C, walking distance to the A/C, 2/3, 4/5, G.

I work in person Tuesday-Friday at a nearby organization. I work from home on Mondays, so the office will mainly be your space if you work from home.

I am in a monogamous relationship, my girlfriend will be over throughout the week, and I am at hers as well.

I am not home too much, but when I am home during the week, I really value the space as a resting, relaxing, friendly space. I like to cook dinner, read, watch TV, do arts & crafts, listen to music. I occasionally have friends over.

I go out on the weekends, but I don't bring the party home.
