My partner and I will be traveling for Thanksgiving and Christmas and are looking to sublet our apartment for those few days. Our apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath in a newer building on the PLG and Flatbush border. We're looking for people to sublet in both of those periods! So if you are interested in staying from either 11/22 until 11/29 or 12/25 until 12/31, please feel free to reach out!

Our building has elevator access, as well as rooftop/gym/coworking space. Access is controlled via apps. Ideally we would meet in person at the apartment before we left so we can show you around and get you set up on all the apps. But we can always coordinate otherwise if this timeframe did not work!

Apartment is fully furnished. As this is a short time period we would just be looking for someone to respect our space and look after it while we are gone. Lots of great restaurants in the area and happy to share any suggestions! 10 mins or less walk to prospect park, and citibike stations around the area as well. We're between the Q/B and 2/5 train lines, so 20 mins to Manhattan on either.

No pets allowed unfortunately, as we are both allergic. We do have many plants, so ideally you would water if needed while we were gone :)
