The ceilings are really high so if you wanted to put a raised bunk with work space underneath it would work easily. You have 148 square foot of space to work with!
I am in the photography industry creating special set for shoots and your other prospective roomate creates herbal tea blends for Wild Foods and Wilderness. We are laid back, not partiers, like to work out, eat healthily. We have 2 house cats who are shy and wont bother you if youre nt a cat person. We are respectful of common space and noise and looking for some one the same. 420 accepted.

Nice Gas stove in kitchen, New Fixtures in bathroom, great water pressure and lots of hot water..! Air-conditioned for your room and building hallways being repainted so it's a nice place.
Laundromat 1 block away, 3 grocery stores 3 minutes away, supermarket and pharmacy.

10 mins to Halsey St J Z subway,
15 mins to Mytle Wycoff L train.

Our apt is on the 3rd floor,
