I have a room (lease takeover) for rent in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. The apartment boasts large windows and a ton of natural light. The living space is large and has a very comfortable couch. The open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher, ice maker, and breakfast bar. The bathroom has natural light and a bath/shower combo. The third bedroom is used as a storage room, guest room, or office.

The available room is the largest of the three and can fit a queen bed. It comes with built-in closet space and two large windows. The room gets great light in the afternoon and is very quiet because it faces the back of the building.

The apartment is very close to everything Williamsburg has to offer. It is above a respectful bar and I know the owners quite well. Right next door is a wonderful bakery as well as a grocery store one block away. No laundry in the building, but a laundry mat is next door great and has affordable wash and fold. Everything you would need is right outside the door.
