Looking to sublet my precious room in crown heights for 6 weeks. The monthly rent is 1150 dollars plus 150 for utilities but you'll be using the space for 5 weeks, so you get a week free!

The room is cosy, completely furnished, along with a fully furnished kitchen and lounge that you'll have access to. you will be sharing the bathroom with one girl, and the whole apartment with two girls in total. Its a 4bed apt so ample space and privacy. The A train is 12 min walk, the C a 9 min walk, plenty of buses coming through down the road, lots of groceries, marts, shops around the area. The building is on a quiet street (centrally heated) and the neighborhood is friendly. Prospect park is a 30 min walk or 10 min train ride.

To secure the place I would need the 1150 deposit upfront which you will get back when you are leaving. I will be traveling out of the country so can't have you deserting at the last minute. Email me if you're interested and we can have a chat about house rules.
