Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my room in crown heights for four weeks, 27th Nov - 27th Dec. The room is cosy, completely furnished, along with fully furnished kitchen and lounge that you will have access to. You will be sharing the bathroom and whole apartment with one girl and a man. It’s a big common area with Tv and couches (Netflix, Hulu, Max, Prime), dining area and there’s a nice stainless steel kitchen for cooking. Utica train station is a 5 min walk (2 blocks away) and Lincoln terrace park 3 blocks away. It’s very quiet on the street and the neighbourhood is friendly.
About This Lister
I am a chef that will be out of the country for a little bit more than a month.
My roommate Oscar is a park ranger and my other roommate Sarah works in Education.

Rental requirements
The rent for the one month is 1150$ (I will take care of utilities for this month), I’ll be renting out the room for a little bit more than 4 weeks which means you get a few extra days for free! To secure the place I will need full payment upfront. I will be traveling out of the country so can’t have you deserting at the last minute, and you are very welcome to meet my roommates before taking your decision.
No pets allowed, there is one cat already.
