Beautiful, fully furnished room for rent in a spacious Crown Heights duplex. The room looks out onto a large, two tiered garden, filled with veggies (that you are welcome to!) flowers, bonsai trees, a fire pit, dining area and couch, and a hammock—perfect for relaxing.

The room is bright and airy with exposed brick, and has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, a desk, a dresser for storage, a bookshelf, and a Smart TV with streaming services.

The upstairs bathroom has a full-sized tub and the downstairs half-bathroom incudes a washer and dryer that you’re welcome to use! The apartment also has AC/heat wall units in every room, so you’ll be comfortable year-round.

The common space on the lower level features a large living room with a plush L-shaped couch, a TV (5.1 surround sound!), a marble kitchen with all the cooking necessities, complimentary coffee/tea station, and a farm-style table dining area.

The entire apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, which you’ll be sharing with my partner and myself. We’re both working professionals and are out and about much of the day. We also have two sweet cats who mostly keep to themselves or hang out in the garden. Ideal for a person spending time in NYC for work or vacation.

The apartment is located in the Crown Heights North Historic District, known for its leafy avenues and Gilded Age architecture. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, as well as community gardens and parks—Brower Park is a favorite of ours. You’ll also find multiple grocery stores nearby, including 24/7 Mr. Carrot and Key Foods.
