Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room for the beautiful 2BR Brooklyn apartment starting January 15 or 31.

The apartment is located between Prospect Heights and Crown Heights on Franklin avenue in a beautiful luxury building with amenities.

I am looking for someone who is kind, clean, and respectful. No cats, potentially open to dogs though, on a case by case basis.
The bedroom is about 10x10, so big enough for a queen bed, a desk, and a dresser. It has a huge floor-to-ceiling windows.
The living areas are fully furnished. The apartment has central air conditioning in every room, a video intercom, and built-in bluetooth speakers.

We are also just across the hall from the gym and billiards lounge, which opens onto the back garden area.
