Across the street from the seaport and a few blocks from stone street. Bosch washer dryer, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer in unit.

Rental requirements
Applicant will need to submit an application online and upon approval will be good to go for these two months. I will cover $20 application fee. The items that are required to be submitted on the website are below.
• U.S. Government issued ID (U.S. Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or Foreign Passport and
U.S. Visa)
• Two most recent (consecutive) U.S. checking/savings/investment/retirement account
statements (the first page only, showing the name and balance, account snapshots are
not accepted)
• Proof of Income
• Students must provide proof of enrollment or recent graduation (students and recent
graduates only, an unofficial transcript will suffice, the student’s name and school must be clearly displayed.
