- NO PARTIES, our neighbors will definitely complain to me if there's a party. As mentioned, it's a quiet/peaceful place, which makes it a great working environment in an excellent location (plenty of nightlife to be had just a few blocks away!)

My partner and I are looking for renters who are clean, respectful and responsible. I will have the apartment cleaned before you arrive, and ask that you leave it in a similar condition.

This space would be perfect for a couple or two chill roommates. I would prefer to have one subletter for the duration, but I am open to working something out with you as well.

All utilities, including electricity for the AC and washer/dryer and wifi, are wrapped into the monthly rate.
