Looking for a clean and respectful person (or a couple) to sublet my sweet furnished one bedroom Venice apartment while I'm away for work mid April - early/mid July. It is technically a two bedroom, but the second room is set up as an office / workout flex space. I love to cook, so the kitchen is well equipped. I also have a projector/Roku set up for my fellow cinephiles.

$3,200/month all in.

AMENITIES:
-laundry on site (steps away from front door of apt in parking lot)
-outdoor shared patio + outdoor space outside of door
-can discuss parking spot if you need it

LOCATION:
-bottom apartment (upstairs neighbors are often gone as they are also artists!)
-steps from Abbot Kinney
-less than a mile from the beach !
-Bikeable / walkable area (you can use my bike!)

SECURITY:
-gated entry
-only 4 unit building with lovely neighbors (1 ER doctor, 1 nurse, 1 artist/teacher couple)
-great + responsive landlord who knows I am subletting (no secrets here!)

Hi! My name is Veronica (she/her) and I am a freelance intimacy coordinator, choreographer and teacher. Born and raised in LA. My parents own the building I live in, and I often sublet when I am away for work for over a month. My space is my haven + is very thoughtfully put together and well maintained. Being a freelance artist means that I have sublet my place and been a subletter, so I am great at communication + also allowing subletters to really settle into the space.
