This unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished apt. One bedroom used as primary bedroom, other room used as TV/living room. Has dedicated dining space as pictured. Small but mighty kitchen! Bathroom is big with plenty of counter space. Toilet and bidet. Has a private outdoor patio/garden area with a grill. Utilities and wifi included in rent. Wifi is high speed. I never have problems. All common areas in the building also have wifi, including the roof/pool area which is really nice.

No in-unit washer/dryer but they are located in the building.

About the building: Luxury and modern building with beautiful entryway. Private 24/7 security at front desk. Building has amazing restaurants, bars, and cafe's all within a few blocks. While you have all this so close by, the apartment is still incredibly quiet. This genuinely is one of the best places you could stay in the city. Building has a gym, sauna, and rooftop pool with nice chairs and sundeck area for tanning. Beautiful views of the city and lovely sunsets almost every night.

Building is in Palermo Hollywood, near the intersection of Nicaragua y Arevalo. Short walk to the metro and multiple bus stations. I walk most places though.
