The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms (one is currently set up as a dedicated office), 2 full bathrooms, private porch, dishwasher, and washer/drier in unit.

It's walking distance from the Path train (15 minute ride to the West Village in Manhattan, and 10 minute ride to the World Trade Center). NYC is also very easily accessible by car and ferry!

If you're looking to be close to New York City/Brooklyn but want more space and a quieter, more neighborhood-feel to your stay, this place is perfect!

Rent is $2,600/month and includes all utilities. Ideally looking for someone to take it the entire 3 months I'm gone, but can be flexible if you're interested in subleasing for a shorter period.
