I have to move cities for work so my roommate is looking for a place solo— but we have loved this apartment dearly. It’s in Crown Heights, walking distance to prospect park and on the same street as lots of cool/fun restaurants, bars, cafes etc.

- Virtual doorman
- Lots of natural light
- New build (we were the first ever tenants in this unit!)
- Walking distance to A/C, 4/5, and 2/3 trains
- Current rent: $4,250 total ($2,125 per person for 2 people)
