It's a furnished two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has a huge private terrace. It has an in unit washer dryer and dishwasher. It's on the fifth floor of a five story building. You will have a key fob to get into the building and a key to get into the apartment. There is an elevator.

One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the other one is furnished with a pull out couch.

The apartment is very clean and I have a comfy Tempur-Pedic mattress. Exposed brick and cool kitchen tiling make this place a great hangout spot!

In addition to the private terrace, there's roof access with a great view of the NYC skyline.

Apartment = 755 square ft.
Private Terrace = 275 square ft.
