Second bathroom on the garden level for kids and a half bath on the parlor floor.

Laundry and a guest area with a queen sofabed in the finished basement. Open plan parlor floor with big kitchen and dining area (with a dishwasher!), huge windows, lots of light, and a balcony with stairs leading down to a private back garden. Best part, we have air conditioning for the hot summer months.
