Subletting our 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, fully furnished and utilities included. The second bedroom has a comfy sofa-bed, and is currently used as a home office. The apartment is a second floor walk-up. You can enjoy some downtime on our green rooftop or take advantage of the washer/dryer in the building. The large kitchen is fully loaded with appliances and there is a window AC unit in the living room.

Transportation options are great: the G train (Nassau) is just a block away; The L train (Bedford Ave) is a 12min walk; and the East River ferry (15 mins walk) will quickly take you to Manhattan or DUMBO while enjoying breathtaking views of the skyline. We're also a short stroll to the lively McCarren Park and Williamsburg, as well as 3 blocks away to the riverfront. We have grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, just around the corner. In the heart of the neighborhood, our spot combines city living with a touch of tranquility.
