The living area has a sun drenched window and a giant eating or working table with a 3 person couch, marble coffee table on wheels and a streaming TV system (many services) with blue-ray, and a skylight (sun tunnel). + an AC unit that cools the main living space.

With sun comes the many plants to be kept alive.

The loft is on the 2nd floor up 1 flight of stairs.

Ana is born and raised in NYC, she is an artist and curator.

Alex is originally from Germany and we will be in Europe over the summer to be closer to his family while working remotely.


We are looking for someone to care for our home, which includes taking care of our plants.

We are looking for a person, persons or couple who are responsible, quiet, easy going, clean and honest to take care of our home while we are away; so we may return to a well cared for space.
